These recipes all sound delicious, but that’s a lot of rice in one week! And some recipes look amazing but not for the month of July, especially since some readers down south (hello from Texas!) have been experiencing triple digit heat. I’m looking for cold recipes right now. But I’ll definitely be bookmarking a bunch of these recipes for the fall, they look delicious!
